1. Description
MS Seamless Pipe (Mild Steel Seamless Pipe) is a hollow steel section without any welded joint, manufactured using hot rolling or cold drawing. They are widely used in industries for transporting fluids, gases, and structural applications due to their strength and smooth finish.
2. Manufacturing Process
Hot Rolled Seamless (HRS): Produced by piercing a solid round billet and elongating it into a hollow pipe.
Cold Drawn Seamless (CDS): Further processed from HRS for better dimensional accuracy, smooth surface finish, and tighter tolerances.

Mild Steel (Low Carbon Steel):
Carbon content: 0.05% – 0.25%
Manganese: up to 0.4%
