A Spiral Wound Gasket (SWG) is a high-performance sealing solution made by spirally winding a V-shaped metal strip with a soft filler material. This construction provides excellent elastic recovery, strength, and tight sealing, making it suitable for high pressure, high temperature, and fluctuating service conditions. Spiral wound gaskets are widely used in critical flange joints across process industries.
